The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (the Authority) advises that an entity called Wwealth LLC is not formed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines as a Limited Liability Company. Documents provided by this company which indicate that it is registered, incorporated, licensed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines or in any way affiliated with the Authority are false and forged documents.  The Certificate of Exemption from Direct Taxes published on the website https://www.wealthy-oversea.com/index1.html showing the name “Wwealth LLC” is a fraudulent document.

The Authority strongly advises that persons should not engage in business with this entity as they may be subject to fraud. The Authority also advises that Forex/Brokers licenses are NOT issued from this jurisdiction, according to the statement also published on Wwealth LLC’s website indicating this.
