The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (the Authority) advises that an entity called Stallion Wings is not registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines as an international business company. Documents provided by this company which indicate that it is registered, incorporated, licensed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines or in any way affiliated with the Authority are false and forged documents.  The Certificate of Incorporation published on the website www.stallionwings.com showing the name “Stallion Wings” is a fraudulent document.

The Authority strongly advises that persons should not engage in business with this entity as they may be subject to fraud.
