The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (the Authority) advises that an entity called Sun Trade FX Private Limited is not registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines as a Business Company.

Documents provided by this entity which indicates that it is registered, incorporated or licensed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines or in any way affiliated with St. Vincent and the Grenadines or the Authority are false and forged documents.  The Certificate of Incorporation herein which the company has been providing to potential investors showing the name “Sun Trade FX Private Limited” is a fraudulent document.

The Authority strongly advises that persons should not engage in business with this entity as they may be subject to fraud.
