The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (the Authority) advises that an entity called Ga Mi CAPITAL FX LIMITED is not registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines as a Business Company neither are Business Companies issued Certificate of Formation. Documents provided by this company which indicate that it is registered, incorporated, licensed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines or in any way affiliated with the Authority are false and forged documents.  The Certificate of Formation and Articles of Formation herein, showing the name “Ga Mi CAPITAL FX LIMITED” are fraudulent documents.

The Authority strongly advises that persons should not engage in business with this entity as they may be subject to fraud. The Authority also advises that Forex/Brokers licenses are NOT issued from this jurisdiction.
