The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (the “Authority”) advises that an entity called Zeta-Hedge Inc is not one of its registered entities.  The Authority have not submitted nor is it a party to the Agreement herein below between Zeta-Hedge Inc and Joseph Albert Clement Berube. Furthermore, the Authority does not accept taxes. The Agreement herein below and/or any other documents provided by this company are false or forged documents. 

The Authority strongly advises that persons should not engage in business with this entity as they may be subject to fraud.
