The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (the Authority) advises that VINCYPAL MONEY TRANSFER was not Issued a licence under the Money Services Business Act No. 27 of 2005 (the MSB Act) as amended by Act No. 25 of 2022 and is therefore NOT authorized to conduct Money Services Business in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. To conduct money transfer services in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, a service provider MUST be licensed pursuant to Section 5 of the MSB Act. Further, Section 4 of the MSB Act prohibits a person from conducting money services business without the requisite licence.

Potential customers must be aware that in engaging in business with this unlicensed entity, they will be using its services at their own risk. The Authority reiterates that VINCYPAL MONEY TRANSFER is not licensed to conduct money transfers.
