The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (the Authority) advises that an entity called REMAXIMA is not registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Documents provided by this company which indicate that it is registered, incorporated, licensed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines or in any way affiliated with the Authority are false and forged documents.

The Authority further advises that no individual by the name of Claude B. F Haylock, with the designation Director General, is affiliated with the Authority and is authorized to sign documents on its behalf.

The Authority strongly advises that persons should not to engage in business with this entity as they may be subject to fraud.
