The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (the Authority) advises that an entity called Lidya Group Ltd. is not registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines as Documents provided by this company which indicate that it is registered, incorporated or licensed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines or in any way affiliated with the Authority are false and forged documents. The Certificate of Incorporation purported to be held by this entity from the Authority is a fraudulent document. 

The Authority strongly advises that persons should not engage in business with this entity as they may be subject to fraud. The Authority also advises thatForex/Brokers licenses are NOT issued from this jurisdiction.
