The St Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (the Authority)  advises that an entity called BIMEX MARKETS LTD. 42588 IBC 2020 is not registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.  Documents provided by this company which indicate that it is registered, incorporated or licensed in St. Vincent and the Grenadines are false and forged documents. 

Please also be advised that the entity is not affiliated with the Registered Agent, Wilfred Services Ltd. and the Address: Suite 515, Griffith Corporate Centre, P.O. Box 1510, Beachmont, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, is not the address of the entity. 

The Authority further advises that persons should not to engage in business with this entity as they may be subject to fraud.
