A Notice of Cancellation has been issued to Fenja Fund Multi Strategy Limited, effective 31^st August, 2018 pursuant to section 29 et. Seq. of the Mutual Funds Act. The Fund is hereby suspended under section 17 (2) of the Mutual Funds Regulations  for a period of 30 days from the date of the Notice. The Fund shall thus cease any offering or sale of shares, units or interests for the period of suspension.
