The Financial Services Authority wishes to advise that an entity called “A-BANK OF MELBOURNE UIP” (http://www.uipcbank.com/) claiming to be licensed or ‘chartered’ as an international bank in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is not and has never been licensed by the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority to provide banking services or any other services.
